Notary Requirements
Some states, such as Nevada, require that a notary public authorize each petition before it is submitted. This is a reform we are hesitant about. Requiring each petition to be notarized would significantly slow down the process so this might not be a good strategy for states which have a short window of opportunity to circulate a petition.
