Jacob shrugs off role pay-per-signature plays in leading to forgery
In his article, Paul Jacob shrugs off the role of pay-per-signature plays in creating an incentive to cheat and lead to forgery. Not surprisingly, legacy judges left over from years of conservative mismanagement in Ohio, enabled conservative special interests to protect their ability to cheat and defraud voters in order to continue putting their unpopular and misleading initiatives on the ballot.
Ohio Citizens for Tax Reform, Paul Jacob and Arno have a long history of defrauding voters, examples here, and it's unfortunate that this pro-fraud ruling by the courts will continuing to allow them to get away with it.
Fortunately, there are other ways to stem ballot fraud, examples here, and BISC will be working with Ohio legislators to close these loopholes that allow cheaters like Paul Jacob and Mike Arno to get away with using their deceptive and fraudulent practices
